Light the candle 10 minutes before you want to receive or give the massage. The candle wax can melt beautifully into a nice warm and soft massage oil. You can pour the massage oil directly onto the skin after these 10 minutes. First blow out the candle before you start pouring. The porcelain jar has a handy pouring spout. By pouring on this side you can (almost) not be able to spill and therefore no massage oil will be lost. The oil has a wonderfully warm temperature, but is not extremely warm like an SM candle.
